She is survived by: her children, Sherri M. Langhans (Mark J.) of Wexford, PA, Michael H. McGonigle (Barbara) of Excelsior, Minn. and Brian P. McGonigle (Tricia) of Butler, PA; her grandchildren, Dr. Mark T. Langhans (Catherine Mapelli), Kelly Choplin (Blake), Leah Langhans (Joshua Valentic), Margaret, Michael H., Matthew, Mason McGonigle, Brian P. McGonigle (Kelsey), Shawn and Riley McGonigle; her great grandchild Lucie Quinn Choplin; her brother Augustine "Gus" Fornataro (Grace) of Ellwood City, PA; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen McGonigle of Sharon, Helen McGonigle of Conneaut Lake and Martin P. McGonigle (Kathy) of New Castle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
