He is survived by: his wife Karen Dover (McNutt); his children, Jessica Kissick (Tyler) of Neshannock Twp, Donald Dover (Ashley) of Shenango Twp and Joshua Dover (Alexsys); his grandchildren, Gabrielle Dover, Trey Kissick and Tessa Kissick; his siblings, Leslie Gail Kumrow of New Castle, Karen Marie DiCampello of Neshannock Twp, Beth Dover of New Castle, Dawn Dover of Shenango Twp and Gary Dover (Beverly) of Tennessee; and his brother-in-law Bob McNutt of Ellport.
