It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madalyn Colella of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John DeSimone and Catherine Gallucci DeSimone; her husband Louis J. Colella; and her siblings, Anthony DeSimone, John DeSimone, Margaret DeSimone, Elizabeth DeSimone, Mary Germani, Charlotte Palus and Clara Mooney.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Colella (Marguerite), Yvonne Vincent and Karen V. Colella; her sisters, Betty Elisco and Kathleen Toschi; and her grandchildren, Sammy Colella (Tina), Christopher Colella, Danielle Sunseri (Dave) and Michael Vincent (Shannon). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
