We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2020, at the age of 78, Karen A. Stone (Neshannock, Pennsylvania), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvaro Carletti and Michelina Ruth Carletti (Fusco); and her husband John F. Stone. She is survived by: her brother Donald; her sister-in-law Karen Carletti of New Castle; and her nephew Andrew D. Carletti of Pittsburgh.
