She is survived by: her children, Kristin Oakes of New Castle, Jill Spencer of New Castle, Michael Spencer of Woodstock, GA and John Spencer of Beaufort, SC; her siblings, Robert "Bob" Burchett of New Castle, Edward Burchett of Las Vegas, NV and Nancy McCart of New Castle; her grandchildren, Derrik Spencer, Kimberly Spencer, Nicholas Spencer, David Oakes, Lillian Oakes and Michael Oakes; and her great grandchild Genevieve Nass.
