He was predeceased by: his parent Walter Fassinger; his wife Lenore H. Hodder; and his son John J. Fassinger, II. He is survived by: his parent Dorothea Berkmiller Fassinger; his daughter Holly Poniewaz (Michael) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Gracen Layne Poniewaz and Logan James Poniewaz; and his pet Khaleesi.
