With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan D. Buckley of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 10, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Sipe and Helen Majors Sipe; her husband John H. Buckley, Sr.; her son John Buckely, Jr.; her grandson Jonathan Tyler Kennedy; her sister Shirley Patino; and her son-in-law Dr. Jonathan Koukal.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Kennedy (Terry), Shelly Ofori, Jackie McCandless (Bob) and Patrick Buckley (Audrey); and her sister June Benedict. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
