She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kerr and Edith Kerr (Grocutt); and her former husbands, Howard George Slemons and Darrell Thomas McGaffic. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Barber; her children, Susan Christine Quimby of New Castle, Beth Ann Krlich (Jerry) of Hubard, OH and Scott T. McGaffic (Diane) of New Castle; her brothers, Donald Kerr (Darlene) of Royal Center, IN and Robert Kerr of Westminster, MD; her grandchildren, Nicole Haggerty, Alec, Emily, Julianna McGaffic, Katie, Calvin, Caleb and Collin Krlich; and her great grandchildren, Mairan, Finn, Callen Haggerty, Nathan and Eleanor McGaffic.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2429 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16105). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
