She was predeceased by: her parents, John Van Tuil and Helen Van Tuil (Richter); her son James Cross; and her brothers, Col. John P. Van Tuil and Norbert C. Van Tuil.
She is survived by: her son John Cross of New Castle; her brother Robert J. Van Tuil of Meadville, PA; and her grandchildren, David C. Cross, Charles D. Cross, Amy K. Cross and Katherine F. Cross. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
