With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elvira Masters of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 21, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Rocco and Elizabeth Rocco (Arena); her husband Mike John Masters; and her siblings, Carlo, Nick, Valentino Rocco, Rose Venditti, Edith Pacella, Theresa Deloia and Jenny Grant.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Ann DeSantis (Mike) of New Castle, PA and Michael Samuel Masters (Heidi) of Bessemer, PA; her brother Anthony Rocco of Ellwood City, PA; and her grandchildren, Amber, Tailor, Emilee and Ashlee.
