With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David R. Chiafullo of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 23, 2022 at the age of 67. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David R. Chiafullo to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Joseph H. Chiafullo; and his siblings, Carole A. Chiafullo and Joseph R. Chiafullo. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Cozza; his siblings, James D. Chiafullo (Lynn) of Pittsburgh, Marilynn S. Chiafullo (Susan Tigner) of Naples, FL and Maureen K. Chiafullo-Haide (Lee) of New Castle; his mother-in-law Patricia Cozza; his siblings-in-law, Toni Cozza and Daryl Cozza (Melissa); and his goddaughter Ava. He is also survived by three nephews, one niece and four great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Mephis, TN 38105.
