She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaetano Colaiacovo and Lucia Colaiacovo; her husband Gaylord Lutz; her daughter Gaylene Lutz; and her siblings, Philomena Elisco, Marie Monico, Clara Staph, Helen Amodie and Benny Colaiacovo.
She is survived by: her sons, David Lutz of New Castle and John Lutz (Coleen) of Sun Valley, CA; her grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth and Ryan Gaylord; and her brother Harry Colaiacovo (Joyce).
