He is survived by: his close friends, Braham, Berry, Cobau, Balph, Nichols, Flannery and Clark; his wife Niki Mitsos; his son John; his daughter-in-law Nancy; his grandson Christopher of Yardley, PA; his daughter Jennifer Covey; his son-in-law Frank Michael Covey III; his grandchildren, Lexi Covey and Frank Michael Covey IV of Arlington Heights, IL; his sister-in-law Marie Smilek; his nieces, Cynthia Oates and Elizabeth Gianakos; and his nephew Dr. Dean Gianakos.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. George Greek Orthodox Church or to the American Diabetes Association.
