It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecelia Judith Liposky of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 10, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodson "Woody" Collins and Jean Marie Collins (Arnold). She is survived by: her close friend Charles "Chuck" Alborn; her daughter Danielle McDevitt (Joshua Ryan Williams) of Cochranton, PA; her sister Susan Hasson of Hermitage, PA; her nephew David Hasson (Mary) of Hermitage, PA; and her niece Jamie Lyn Chundzinski (Matt Kiehl) of Hermitage, PA.
