Pagley of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Biangone (Jimmy) and Evelyn P. DeLillo Biangone. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" R. Pagley; her children, Steve Pagley (Angelita) of Jacksonville, FL and Rachel Mrozek (Patrick) of New Castle; her sister Erma Sindlinger (Dan) of New Castle; and her grandchildren, Dominick Mrozek, Richard Mrozek and Ella Carolyn Pagley.
