He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenic Sainato and Marguerite Tiera Sainato; his wife Mary Jane DeGennaro; his son Ron Sainato; and his siblings, Andrew Sainato and Marie Christopher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Sainato (Mark Lins) and Marilyn Zaret (Peter); his daughter-in-law Judy Sainato-Allegro; and his grandchildren, Nina Sainato-Nelson (Freddie) and Steve Sainato (Cynthia).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Vitus Church (910 S Mercer St, New Castle, PA 16101).
