She was predeceased by: her parents, Casper Cooper and Annie Louise Cooper (Hicks); her husband William "Billy" Owens; and her son Louis Grayson Owens, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Nachelle Owens of New Castle; and her siblings, Linda Ward (Tyrone Brown) of Youngstown, OH and Rev. Cleveland Howell (First Lady Brenda) of Buffalo, NY.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
