She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank P. Chapin and Dorothy Chapin (McClelland); and her husband Donald E. Benson, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Benson (Angelyn) of Fredericksburg, VA, David Benson (Vicky) of Pittsburgh and James Benson (Katrina) of Rock Island, IL; her sister Maxine Wilson (William) of La Grange, KY; and her grandchildren, Maxwell, Ian, Cameron, Mabel, Cecilia and Enid.
