Arthur C. Weir Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur C. Weir of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Weir and Esther L. Hilton; and his siblings, Charles Hemphill, Audley Weir and Araminta Moore (Amy).
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Weir (McCoy Hilton); his daughter Kimberly A. Iorio (Harold); his granddaughters, Alexandra N. Whipple (Tim) and Sarah R. Iorio (John Black); his great grandchild Gemma Rose Whipple; his brothers, Pete Collins and Bob Weir; and his brother-in-law Bill Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
CDC guidelines will be in place in regard to wearing masks and social distancing.
