He was predeceased by: his parents, Abram M. Smith and Stella M. Smith (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Smith (Rully); his children, Andrew C. Smith (Aja) of Oakdale, PA and Dr. Alexis Smith Alswaeer of Poland, OH; his grandchildren, Rain Jackson, Mahari Lane, Destiny Lane, Andre Smith and Noah Alswaeer; and his sisters, Betty Blumer of Pittsburgh and Linda Santaguido of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
