He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Shultz (Huey) and Sylvester Shultz; and his brother Dennis Lloyd. He is survived by: his sons, William "Bill" Lloyd, Jr. of Pocono Pines and David Lloyd of White Haven; his grandchildren, Teela Lloyd (Michael Mensinger), Ashley Reimold (Matt), Breanne Lloyd, Holly, Heather Lloyd and David Lloyd (Cynthia); his great grandchildren, Kiera, Lily, Ethan Mensinger, Maddie, Braden Reimold and Vera Lloyd; and his brothers, Bob Lloyd (Kimberly) and David Lloyd (Marge). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

All COVID protocols will be in place, please wear a mask if attending.
