He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Petrachonis and Betty Petrachonis (Shoup); his brother Joe; and his close friend Linda Hassenbein. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Petrachonis of Mountain Top; and his stepdaughter Rebecca Hassenbein of Albrightsville.
