She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary A. (Agnew) and Harold T. Welliver, Sr.; her husband Edwin G. Farver; her son Robert T. Hack; and her siblings, George W. Welliver, Carrimae Mosteller and Marrietta Stamets.

She is survived by: her friend Harold.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
