Patricia A. Avery Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia A. Avery (Nescopeck, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 2, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Heller and Ruth V. Heller (Hess); her grandson Justin Fletcher; her brother Harold Heller; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Briggs and Oscar Drasher.

She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Avery; her children, Carolea Roelfs (Danny) of Fairbury, NE, Karen Traina (Steve), Galveston, Sharon Bridges of Fresno, CA, Jerry Cook and Michael Cook (Sherry) of Modesto, CA; her stepson Allan Avery (Cheryl) of Carrizozo, NM; her grandchildren, Jonathon, Eric, Gina, Shelby, Malia, Troy, Christine, Keana, Kayla, AhLeah, Chandra, Andrew and Anne; and her sisters, Virginia "Ginny" Briggs, Nescopeck Twp, Mary Drasher and Hobbie. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heller Funeral Home (633 E 3rd St, Nescopeck, PA 18635).
