It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma J. Shortz (Nescopeck, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Ray Smith and Arlene J. Smith (Hippensteel); her husband Leonard "Corky" Shortz; her son-in-law Terry "Butch" Probst; her sister Inez Derr; and her grandson Brian Foust.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Probst, Alan J. Shortz (Ivy) of Franklinville, NY and Pamela Taylor (James D. Taylor); her grandchildren, Kimberly Foust, Terry L. Probst, Amber Rabiega, Amanda Van Pelt, Aaron J. Shortz, Kaitlin Garcia, Kristina Taylor, Cody Taylor and AJ Shortz; her great grandchildren, Travis Foust and Mason Van Pelt; and her great great grandchildren, Landon and Aiden Foust. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
