She was predeceased by: her parent Estella B. Rupp (Gensel); and her brother Richard Rupp. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Jane Hughes of Thomasville, GA and Karen Joy Payne of Berwick; her grandchildren, Joy Mildred Fritz, Christina Jane Neil, Amy Jeannette Williams and Frank Payne; and her sister Jane Okonieski. She is also survived by her 9 great-grandchildren.
