She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hughes and Blodwen Hughes (Jones); her husband Elwood M. Whitebread; her siblings, June Harakas and William Hughes; her son-in-law Lawrence Lahr; and her close friend Carol "Rootbeer" Wills.
She is survived by: her close friends, Duchess and Barbie; her daughters, Deborah Lahr of Berwick, PA, Karin Shipe (Chris) of Harrisburg, PA and Nancy Dillow (Scott) of Columbia, PA; her grandchildren, Christopher Lahr, Megan Lahr (Terry Dawson), Rebecca Lewis (Matt), Madeline Klinger (Blaine), Benjamin Dillow and Evan Dillow; her great grandchildren, Lillian Lahr and Jacob Dawson; her nephew Craig Whitebread (Sandy) of Sugarloaf, PA; and her nieces, Glenda Prideaux of Easton, PA and Annette Hall of St. Petersburg, FL.
