She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Brien and Audrey O'Brien (Fisher); and her brother Joseph O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband Leslie L. Weatherhog; her stepchildren, Eric Weatherhog and Michelle Gibson; and her siblings, Deborah Golder (Ronald), Patrick O'Brien (Holly), Michael O'Brien, Kathleen Smith (Walter), James O'Brien (Heather), Milton and Bridget Gordner (Lew) of Spring City, PA. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Commonwealth Hospice of Berwick, 1409 W. Market Street Suite 202, Berwick.
