She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Henry and Marylinn Henry (Trexler); her husband Reverend Fred J. Fields; her son-in-law Micah Stroud; and her siblings, Harold V. Henry (Carol) and Valerie Hendershot.
She is survived by: her children, Fred J. Fields II (Dorothy) and Meghan L. Stroud; her grandchildren, Cody Fields, Israel Stroud and Byron Robert Conner Stroud; her sisters, Carole Laubach (Bob) and Karen Folmer (Bob); and her brother-in-law Steve Hendershot. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
