He is survived by: his close friends, Margie McHenry and Lightstreet; his daughter Lindsay Whitmire (Michael Hottenstein); his brothers, Randy Davis (Marilyn) and Don Whitmire; and also Tony McHenry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
