He was predeceased by: his parent Clarence W. Pennington; his wife Eleanor C. Pennington (Keyser); and his brother Robert Pennington. He is survived by: his parent Winifred R. Werre (Bond); his children, Diane Douglass (Keith) of Florida and Dirk Pennington (Michelle) of Pottstown; his grandchildren, Dawn, Gwen, Sarah and Brett; his great grandchild Stone; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Pennington of Raritan, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
