She was predeceased by: her brother Billy Boyles; her son Kirk Williams; and her son-in-law Rollie Bartlow. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Williams; her children, Melissa Bartlow of Bloomsburg, Dr. Mark Williams (Nicole) of Bloomsburg and Ty Williams (Brenda) of Bloomsburg; her grandchildren, Joshua Williams (Karissa Price), Amanda Williams Orzolek (Josiah), Evan Williams (Emma Wyllie), Blaise Williams (Michaela Stein), Chase Williams, Cael Williams, Cooper Williams, Calista Williams and Cameron Williams; her stepgrandchildren, Patricia Bartlow Phares (Steve) and Timothy Bartlow (Dana); her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Williams, Olivia Williams, Caiden Orzolek, Bryce Orzolek, Alexander Orzolek and Elijah Orzolek; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Nick Phares, Jackson Phares, Paige Bartlow, Dia Bradley, Toby Zajac, Delaney Zajac and Habib Hussein; and her great great grandchild Emersyn Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jackie's honor to EOS Therapeutic Riding Center, 288 Dahl Road, Bloomsburg or Animal Resource Center, 307 Edgar Avenue, Bloomsburg, continuing her legacy of love and compassion she so beautifully exemplified for animals throughout her life.

“Dear Stanley and family, it was always a pleasure to be greeted by Jackie. Her smile was so welcoming. Jackie and I were at many sports events, watching our sons and later, our grandsons play. I admired her calm demeanor. Thank you, Stanley and Jackie for sharing your children with us in “ Our World.” May she rest in peace in that “Other World,” where life is everlasting.
