It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack W. Samsel (Nescopeck, Pennsylvania), born in Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Samsel and Beatrice Samsel (Watts); his former wife Lella M. Samsel (Naugle); his daughter Diane Quinn; and his siblings, Betty Lou Pataki, Judy Samsel, James Samsel and Robert Samsel (Marge).

He is survived by: his daughter Hollie Samsel Albertson (Virginia Beach); his son-in-law Timothy Quinn; his grandchild Jaysen Samsel; his wife Samantha; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Dylan, Alexis, Andrew, Nathan and Evan of Virginia Beach; his sister Sally Knelly (Rick); and his brother-in-law Joseph Pataki. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his constant companion, his beloved dog.
