We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2019, at the age of 82, Howard F. Carter (Nescopeck, Pennsylvania), born in Norristown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Carter and Edna Carter (Lightfoot); his son-in-law Carl Pauff; and his sister Sandy Dubler. He is survived by: his wife Loueen Carter; his children, Cynthia L. Pauff, Lime Ridge, Vonda K. Yoder (Bryan), John A. Pfromm (YongSun) and Bret Pfromm (Shelly); his grandchildren, Matthew Yoder, Rebecca Yoder, Julie Walter, James Pfromm, Jonathan Pfromm and Candice Slack; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Carly and Calvin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
