She was predeceased by: her father Parvin Moyer; her husband Clark E. Hoffman; her stepmother Hazel A. Moyer (Readler); her grandson Adam Hoffman; her sister Hilda Hoffman; and her stepsiblings, Bryce Readler and Aladine Rinehimer.
She is survived by: her sons, David Hoffman (Eileen), Nescopeck Twp, Edward Hoffman (Barbara) and Hobbie; her grandchildren, Jennifer Broyan (Fran), Heather Henry (Todd) and Matt Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Colton (Sydney), Shania, Logan Broyan, Noah Kern, Jacob Hoffman and Aaron Henry; her siblings, Alverna Rospendowski and Leon Moyer (Janet); and her stepbrother Clifford Readler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
