She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Wozniak (Lily), Thomas Wozniak (Anne), Sondra Turnbach (Tim), Christopher Wozniak (Stacey), Amy Gavigan (William) and Jeri Wozniak-Mitchem (Steve); her grandchildren, Samuel Wozniak, Abram Wozniak (Rachel), Mariah Wozniak, Heather Turnbach (Dan Farnbach), Sean Turnbach, Mara Wozniak, Nathan Wozniak, Erin Mindick, Ryan Mindick, Chloe Gavigan, Bradley Gavigan, Jacob Gavigan, Kristin Isenberg (Jason), Danielle Musselman, Chad Wozniak (Cheryl) and Sarah Wozniak-Witzel (Wayne); her great grandchildren, Wesley Wozniak, Jayden and Ander Musselman; and her grandchildren, Laurel Wozniak, Kyra Wozniak and Annya Witzel.
