She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Wozniak (Lily), Thomas Wozniak (Anne), Sondra Turnbach (Tim), Christopher Wozniak (Stacey), Amy Gavigan (William) and Jeri Wozniak-Mitchem (Steve); her grandchildren, Samuel Wozniak, Abram Wozniak (Rachel), Mariah Wozniak, Heather Turnbach (Dan Farnbach), Sean Turnbach, Mara Wozniak, Nathan Wozniak, Erin Mindick, Ryan Mindick, Chloe Gavigan, Bradley Gavigan, Jacob Gavigan, Kristin Isenberg (Jason), Danielle Musselman, Chad Wozniak (Cheryl) and Sarah Wozniak-Witzel (Wayne); her great grandchildren, Wesley Wozniak, Jayden and Ander Musselman; and her grandchildren, Laurel Wozniak, Kyra Wozniak and Annya Witzel.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heller Funeral Home (633 E 3rd St, Nescopeck, PA 18635). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of food or flower offerings, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Emmanuel Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, 11 School House Road, Danville, PA 17821 in honor of Geraldine's memory.
