He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth B. Brown and Anna M. Eddy Brown; his son Tracy Brown; his nephews, Todd Ciprich, Greg Liddick and Michael Liddick; and his great-niece Taylor Ciprich.
He is survived by: his friend Gary; his sons, Benjamin Brown of Towanda, PA and Jordan Brown of Laceyville, PA.; his close friend Dorothy "Dottie" Atyani of Drums, PA; and his siblings, Karen, Michael Ciprich of Mehoopany, PA, Terry, Phyllis Brown of Mehoopany, PA and Lynne Rought of Laceyville, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
