He is survived by: his children, Kristine Caffey, Fort Worth, Barbara Harris (Edward), Pottstown, Frederic Blaine, Jr. (Maureen), Jean Blaine and Kenneth Blaine of Colorado Springs, CO; and his sisters, Carol Skrip (David), Berwick, Barbara Snyder (Harold), Kathy Gearhart and Nescopeck. He is also survived by grandchildren; and 5 adored great grandchildren.
