It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Lee Laubach of Nescopeck, Pennsylvania, born in Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Knorr and Edith Knorr (Mahler) of Wapwallopen; and her nephew David Knorr. She is survived by: her close friend Sabatino "Sam" DeFebo; her daughter Amy Shortlidge (Noel); her grandchildren, Ayrin and Tegan Shortlidge; her siblings, Peggy Stradnick, Dean Knorr and Kay German (Ron Kile); her nieces, Jennifer Redis (Keith), Julie German and Mandy Lewis (Kevin); her nephew Robert Vosburg; her aunt Betty; her uncle Jim Kishbaugh; her close friend Sharon Tressler; and also, Brian DeFebo (Brandi), Carter, Anthony and Dylan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Berwick Area United Way (107 South Market Street, Suite 6, Berwick, PA 18603), For The Cause Teen Center (1130 Sixth Avenue, Berwick, PA 18603), or the nonprofit organization of your choice.
