He is survived by: his wife Betty Snyder Harter; his children, Debbie Johnson of Bellefonte, PA, David J. Harter II (Debbie) and Deneen Gibb (Bill) of Kansas City, MO.; his grandchildren, Justine Johnson Lorenz (Steve), Jesse Johnson (Shelby), Janna Johnson Whitenight (Brad), Dustin Harter (Becky Broyan) and Devon Burcicki (David); and his great grandchildren, Sylvan, Finn Lorenz, Brayden, Avery Whitenight, Cohen Brady and Cason Johnson.
