He is survived by: his wife Margaret R Halye (Lang); his children, Joseph Halye (Beaver Twp) and Lisa (Robert Adams); his grandchildren, Piper Caulder, Samuel Adams, Robert Halye, Sarah Halye and Emily Halye; and his siblings, Jeff (Sandy Halye), Karen (Chuck Henry), Beaver Twp, Leah (Albert Bankes) and Doug (Audra Halye). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
