She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Wozny and Betty M. Wozny (Lint). She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Dulik; her children, Michael M. Dulik of Nemacolin, Marcus A. Dulik of Nemacolin and Rebekah Giusti (Arthur) of Carmichaels; her grandchildren, Michael Dulik, Michaela Headley, Matthew Dulik, Madison Dulik and Katie Schroeder; and her siblings, Frank Wozny of Charleroi, Mary Ann Walker (Roy) of Newport News, Brenda Jones (Steve) of McCormick, S. C., Sara Bussoletti (Kenneth) of Fairmont, W. Va, John E. Wozny and Mark S. Wozny. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
