David Richard Murawski Obituary
David Richard Murawski, 76, of Nemacolin, Pa., passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024, at the Gathering Place Personal Care Home in Fairchance, Pa. born in Pittsburgh on September 14, 1947, he was a son of the late Leo Frank and Johanna Murawski.
A graduate of Southside High School in Pittsburgh, David was determined to serve his country in the U.S. military. He twice joined the Army, served in a tour in Vietnam, and was honorably discharged with the rank of Private First Class. He later was employed as a truck driver, and as a sky-scraper window washer.
Surviving are two sons, David Murawski of Florida, and Michael J. Murawski (Sarah) of Nemacolin, with whom he made his home. and a sister, Elaine of PIttsburgh.
Deceased are two brothers, Bobby and Leo, Jr. and a sister, Diane.
Friends are invited to join the family for Graveside and Military Honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, Pa., on Thursday, June 13th, at 10:00 AM. Arrangements are in the care of the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion, Pa.
