We bid farewell to William F. Skelly of Nelson, Pennsylvania, born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 9, 2024 at the age of 78. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Skelly and Marcella Skelly; and his siblings, Butch Skelly, Rose Atwell, Tom Skelly, Gene Skelly and Lynn Skelly.
He is survived by: his wife Molly Griswold; his son William S. Skelly Jr. (Nancy) of Franklinton, NC; his stepdaughters, Margaret Southard (Jeff) of Lawrenceville, PA and Melissa Butts (Tom) of Mosherville, AL; his grandchildren, Kaila Skelly, Brett Skelly (Lacy), Onaleisha Southard, Jeffrey Southard, Molly Ann Wilson, Nick Southard, Morgana Southard, Christopher Barron, Elizabeth Barron and Emily Butts; and his siblings, Irene McNeil and Terry Skelly. He is also survived by nine great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in William's name may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association to help support research.
