With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon L. (Gunther) Whitmire (Nelson, Pennsylvania), born in Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 19, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert A. Gunther and Janice M. Gunther (Fulkersin). She is survived by: her husband Nelson "Elmer" Whitmire; her children, Brent Whitmire (Mary Ann) and Holly Whitmire (Mike Reily); her grandchildren, Blake, Sydney, Brooke and Brett; and her brother Allen Gunther. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
