He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Knickerbocker and Verna Knickerbocker (Spencer); and his foster brother Harold Denton. He is survived by: his wife Vickie L. Mack; his children, Kimberly Gilbert (Paul Watkins) and Ward Knickerbocker (Kelly); his grandchildren, Brooke Black (Canyon), Sara Grace Gilbert, Andrew and Liam "Buddy"; his pet Keeko; his sister Victoria Cumberledge; and his brothers-in-law, Fred Mack Jr. and Kevin Mack (Denise). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
