He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Polinsky and Helen Polinsky (Yacabusky); and his close friend Joe Burke. He is survived by: his siblings, Suzanne Machita of Linglestown, PA, Marianne Lord of Llywelen, PA, Helen Polinsky of St. Clair, PA, Joseph Polinsky of Minersville, PA, Gregory Polinsky of Orwigsburg, PA and Nicholas Polinsky of Dorchester Center, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
