She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Burcher and Mildred Frazer Burcher Rodgers; her husband William Foster Swope; and her brother Richard Burcher. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Hoffner (Todd) of Needmore and Edwin Swope (Sandra) of Needmore; her grandsons, Jeffrey Hoffner (Sarah), Joshua Swope of Needmore, Eric Swope (Jennifer) of Needmore and Andrew Swope (Kayla) of Needmore; her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Ashley Hoffner, Ezra Bain, Sarah, Edwin and William Swope; and her siblings, Judith McKillip of Brookville, PA, Joseph Rodgers of Marienville, PA and William Burcher of Brookville, PA..

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sideling Hill Christian Church (10424 Sipes Mill Rd, Needmore, PA 17238).
