She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Hollenshead (DeShong) and Foster Hollenshead; her husband Kermit Mellott; her siblings, Claie Hollenshead and Rosella Mellott; her nephew Joe Hollenshead; and her niece Marlyn Seburn.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Joanne Hollenshead of Needmore, PA; her great-niece Misty; her nieces, LuAnne and Linda; her nephew Tom; and also, Tyler, Clayton, Dayton and Payton.
