It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Mellott of Needmore, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph L. Mellott and Emily L. Mellott (Miller); her husband Renfred P. Mellott; and her cousins, William A. Shriver and Barbara (Sue).

She is survived by: her children, Jeanne (Mellott) and Ralph Mellott (Nancy Mellott) of Tennessee; her nephew Charles Hunt II of Johnstown, PA; her grandchildren, Karen Welch (Stanley Fields), Kevin Welch (Carrie Welch), John Welch (Jodi Welch) and Jennifer Mellott; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jaylon, Izobel, Jaxon and Grayson Welch.
